I’m Rodrigo Ogassavara, Founder & CEO of FutureState Architects. I’ve led large-scale enterprise transformation programs across LATAM and North America, including dozens of enterprise sales cycles and delivery programs for Global 100 organizations operating at multi-billion-dollar scale.
What I’ve seen repeatedly is this: organizations don’t fail because of weak strategy.
